Double-seal prevents slurry leakage in tunnel

Special quick sealing system for shaft hose connection avoids damage of O-ring seals during product pipe coupling process

Heavy load plastic castors allow quick assembly and disassembly of tunnel lines, also for product pipes with inliners or coatings. Doublewheels on each side avoid problems with gaps between product pipes.

Steering and power cables or hydraulic lines are guided on top of the twin pipes, allowing for fast pull-back of the whole assembly in one go. Fixations protect the cables and hoses from water and abrasion on the tunnel ground.

High feed and slurry pressure possible

Wide range of product pipe diameters from DN600 - DN1000 (DN500/DN1200)
